You may return received merchandise within 7 days for a full refund excluding shipping costs and restocking fee of 10% of the cost of your merchandise.
To return an item you have to contact Customer Service for prior authorization and an RMA number. Merchandise can be returned only if in original packaging, same condition as sold with an entire set of original instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards. Ship returning merchandise to us pre-paid. For your protection insure returning equipment and use traceable shipping method. BIPcorp.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
No Returns Will Be Accepted Without An RMA Number.
No refunds or exchanges will be made after 7 days of sale. If any of the above conditions are not met BIPcorp.com retains the right to refuse the return or charge an additional restock fee of not less than 25% (10% obligatory restock fee + not less than 15% additional restock fee) of the price of merchandise.
